Zhengzhou Valve Group Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. Located in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou—the “Capital of Valves in China”—along National Highway 310 and the Kaifeng-Luoyang Expressway, it is bordered to the north by the Yellow River Scenic Area and to the south by the ancient Shaolin Temple. The company enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It was established through the merger of Zhengzhou Valve Factory and Zhengzhou Shangjie Pipeline Fittings Factory, forming a valve group company.
The company was founded in 1976 with a registered capital of 126 million yuan. Its modern factory covers an area of 68,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 38,000 square meters. Currently, the company employs 158 people, including 68 professional and technical personnel, among whom 6 are senior engineers. The company now has an annual production capacity of over 10,000 tons and an annual output value exceeding 200 million yuan (with an annual capacity to produce 20,000 valves and 100 large-caliber butterfly valves). The company has departments for design, manufacturing, quality inspection, welding, mechanical processing, assembly, and chemical testing and experimentation. In 2013, our company was recognized as a Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, possessing independent design, development, and production capabilities. Our production and testing equipment is advanced and well-equipped, ensuring that our products feature cutting-edge performance and high reliability. For many consecutive years, product quality has consistently passed inspections conducted by the State Administration of Technical Supervision and the Henan Provincial Administration of Technical Supervision.
The company’s technical design employs CAD computer-aided design, three-dimensional simulation experimental design systems, and advanced development and production techniques. Its main products include: seawater-specific butterfly valves, vacuum butterfly valves, louver-type regulating valves, double-eccentric metal hard-sealed butterfly valves, rotary ball valves, straight-through conical valves, heat-exchanger-specific welded butterfly valves, flow and pressure regulating valves, slow-closing check valves, composite air vents, slurry valves, ventilation butterfly valves, metal hard-sealed hemispherical valves, soft-sealed gate valves, metallurgical butterfly valves, blind flange valves, slide plate valves, non-standard and special valves, pipe expansion joints, and other products spanning 19 major series with over 1,000 different models. Actuation methods include handwheel, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuation. Nominal diameters range from DN40 to DN4000 mm, and nominal pressures can reach from PN0.25 MPa to PN10.0 MPa.
Since 1998, the company has successively obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system certification, as well as the National Special Equipment Manufacturing License (TS). For many consecutive years, the company has been recognized as a “Contract-Respecting and Creditworthy” enterprise, a “Quality-Reliable Unit,” a Level-II Metrology Qualification Certificate holder, a Supervised Inspection Qualification Certificate holder, and a product recommended by the China Urban Water Supply Association. It has also been designated by Sinopec as a “Member Factory of the Sinopec Materials and Resources Market” and received the “People’s Republic of China Import and Export Enterprise Qualification Certificate” in 2001. The company’s flagship product—the double-eccentric metal-sealed butterfly valve—has been recognized by Henan Province as a high-tech product and by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a “Xiao Xing Huo” project. The product’s outstanding performance and excellent after-sales service have earned wide recognition from numerous users. The company’s sales scope has gradually expanded from its original focus on the steel and aluminum industries to include many other sectors such as gas, petroleum, water conservancy and hydropower, power plants, pumping stations, chemical industry, wastewater treatment, and heating systems.
