Side-mounted eccentric half-ball valve
The PQ47 eccentric half-ball valve utilizes an eccentric valve body, an eccentric ball, and a valve seat. As the valve stem rotates, the ball automatically centers itself along a common trajectory, ensuring tighter closure as the valve is shut, thereby achieving excellent sealing performance. During operation, the ball and valve seat completely disengage, eliminating wear on the sealing ring and overcoming the persistent issue of wear between the traditional ball and valve seat sealing surfaces. A non-metallic elastic material is embedded within the metal seat, providing superior protection for the metal surface of the valve seat. This product is particularly well-suited for media such as those found in the steel industry, aluminum industry, fiber processing, fine solid particles, pulp, coal ash, and petroleum gas.
