Product Overview
The vacuum butterfly valve is one of the patented products independently developed by our company’s technical staff over several years. It is driven primarily by electric, pneumatic, or manual actuators. By opening and closing the vacuum valve, the cross-sectional area of the fluid passage is altered, thereby controlling the fluid flow rate and achieving precise regulation of fluid movement. The valve can be connected via flange or welding, and features a double-eccentric or triple-eccentric structural design. With its compact structure, lightweight construction, low flow resistance, and large flow area, it can be installed in multiple positions to meet the requirements of various vacuum piping systems.
Use
Vacuum butterfly valves are widely applicable to various media in production processes such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, and condensation units in air-cooled power plant systems. They are suitable for pipelines with temperatures up to 300℃ and nominal pressures ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa, and are used for connecting, opening/closing, or regulating the flow of media.

High-temperature resistance: The vacuum butterfly valve features high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for vacuum systems operating in high-temperature environments.
- Precise flow regulation and automatic trace heating function: By adjusting the opening of the valve disc, the flow rate through the valve can be precisely controlled to meet various process requirements. In response to the low-temperature conditions in the air-cooling island of air-cooled generator sets, our company has installed insulation devices and automatic temperature-limiting electric heating tapes on vacuum valves. When the temperature drops below the set point, the heating tape automatically activates to start heating; once the temperature reaches the set high point, the heating tape automatically shuts off, thereby preventing the valve’s sealing element from freezing and avoiding valve leakage or failure to open.
