Product Features
The double-flange limit-type expansion joint consists of several key components, including the body, sealing ring, compression cover, and telescopic sleeve. Building upon the original performance of the loose-type expansion joint, a limiting device has been added, with a double nut used to lock the joint at its maximum expansion position. Within the allowable expansion range, the pipeline can freely expand and contract; however, once the maximum expansion limit is exceeded, the limiting device kicks in to prevent further movement, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline. This type of expansion joint is particularly well-suited for connections in pipelines that experience vibration or have certain slopes and bends.
