Suitable for use in pipelines of coal mines, metallurgy, flue gas dust removal, environmental protection, and fan systems, serving as a medium for regulating airflow.
Product Features
· The electrically heated butterfly valve features a novel design, a reasonable structure, lightweight construction, and rapid opening and closing.
● The butterfly valve has a small operating torque, is easy to operate, and requires little effort—making it nimble and convenient.
· Use suitable materials to meet the requirements of different media temperatures—low, medium, and high—as well as corrosive media.
· Ventilation butterfly valves come in straight-blade and inclined-blade types. The straight-blade type has a leakage rate of 3%, while the inclined-blade type has a leakage rate of 1%.
· A connecting seat is provided between the valve’s flange and the actuator. The bolts securing the packing gland can be adjusted through windows on the connecting seat, ensuring axial sealing.
· Electrically heated butterfly valves are used in pipelines where the medium temperature is below 0°C. After heating, they dissolve any previously solidified substances, ensuring flexible valve operation and normal performance under operating conditions.
· There are two types of junction boxes: standard and explosion-proof. Please specify when placing your order.
