Valve Model Coding Method
Working principle
According to their performance characteristics, connectors are classified into standard connectors and special connectors.
·Standard connector: Suitable for conveying media with temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 80℃ and acid-alkali solutions with concentrations below 10%.
·Special fittings: Suitable for media with special performance requirements, such as oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, ozone resistance, abrasion resistance, or chemical corrosion resistance.
·According to their structural forms, they are divided into six types: single-ball, double-ball, triple-ball, pump-intake ball, and elbow-type. Ball-type rubber joints are further categorized into three types: concentric and same-diameter, concentric and different-diameter, and eccentric and different-diameter.
·According to the form of flange sealing surfaces, they are classified into raised-face flange seals and flat-face flange seals.
·By connection type, they are classified as flanged connections, threaded connections, and clamp-sleeve connections.
· Classified by working pressure: 0.25 MPa, 0.6 MPa, 1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa, 2.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa;
· Classified by vacuum level: 32 kPa, 40 kPa, 53 kPa, 86 kPa, and 100 kPa.
