CF Single-Flange Force-Transmitting Coupling
The flexible expansion joint with force-transmitting mechanism consists of a flanged flexible expansion joint, short pipe flanges, force-transmitting screws, and other components. The short pipe has a certain amount of axial displacement capability and can be adjusted according to the on-site installation dimensions during installation and maintenance. Under normal operating conditions, it can effectively transmit axial thrust throughout the entire pipeline. This not only improves operational efficiency but also provides a degree of protection for equipment such as pumps and valves.
C2F Double-Flange Force-Transmission Coupling
The double-flange force-transmitting coupling features a compact structure, a rational design, reliable sealing performance, and convenient installation and removal. Within a certain range, it can compensate for axial displacement of pipelines and transmit axial tensile and compressive forces. It also offers functions such as adjusting the maximum expansion and contraction amount and preventing pipe connections from loosening. This coupling can replace U-tubes, bellows, and other types of expansion joints, making it an ideal solution for addressing pipeline installation and expansion/contraction issues.

For a long time, conventional gate valves commonly used in the market have generally suffered from leakage or rusting. Our factory has introduced advanced European technologies for rubber and valve manufacturing to produce resilient-seated gate valves that effectively overcome the shortcomings of conventional gate valves, such as poor sealing performance, elastic fatigue, rubber aging, and rusting. Resilient-seated gate valves achieve excellent sealing by leveraging the slight elastic deformation of the resilient valve disc, which provides compensatory action. These valves boast remarkable advantages including light operation when opening, reliable sealing, excellent elastic memory, and an extended service life. They can be widely used as regulating and shut-off devices on fluid pipelines in applications ranging from tap water and wastewater systems to construction, petroleum, chemical industry, instrumentation, pharmaceuticals, light textiles, power generation, shipbuilding, metallurgy, and energy systems.
