Overview
The centerline-type lug-type butterfly valve is the conventional butterfly valve of choice for installation between two pipe flanges over a short distance.
Use
It can be used for regulating and shutting off corrosive and non-corrosive gases, liquids, semi-fluids, and solid powders in systems such as petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, light textile, papermaking, hydroelectric power, shipbuilding, water supply and drainage, and metallurgy. It can be installed at any position.
Features
· Low flow resistance coefficient and linear flow characteristics.
· Lightweight, easy to install, and requires low actuation torque.
· Features bidirectional sealing and is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation.
· The structure is simple, easy to disassemble and assemble, and easy to maintain; it features quick 90° opening and closing operation.
· The valve body is lined with rubber, and the valve disc surface is coated with epoxy resin; alternatively, both the valve body and disc can be fully lined with rubber, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
· Epoxy resin and rubber comply with the hygiene standard GB/T17219.
