Overview
The double-eccentric butterfly valve features a fully double-eccentric design, ensuring more stable bidirectional sealing performance. It is the preferred choice for upgrading, repairing, and retrofitting existing pipelines, as well as for use with soft-seal valves.
Use
It can be used in systems such as petrochemical, food, pharmaceutical, light textile, papermaking, hydroelectric power, shipbuilding, water supply and drainage, and metallurgy—on pipelines and vessels conveying corrosive and non-corrosive gases, liquids, semi-fluids, and solid powders—and serves both as a regulating and shut-off device. It can be installed at any desired location.
Features
·This series of butterfly valves features a double-eccentric design, with a stainless steel valve seat. The sealing pair achieves instantaneous opening and closing, reducing process friction and extending the valve’s service life.
·This series of butterfly valves features a semi-axis structure, and the butterfly disc adopts a truss-type design. The butterfly disc boasts high strength, a large flow area, low flow resistance, and energy savings.
● The rubber sealing ring provides stable sealing specific pressure, reliable sealing performance, and is easy and convenient to replace.
● This series of butterfly valves is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation and features bidirectional sealing capability.
· This series of butterfly valves is equipped with a new synchronous indicating mechanism that accurately displays the valve’s opening and closing status in a convenient and easily visible location.
