Features
The cylindrical valve body structure has a relatively simple manufacturing process, making assembly and positioning easy. The molds required for producing the blank parts are straightforward, and it is convenient to use support plates to secure the sphere.
Cylindrical component welding assembly form
The three-body structure is welded together using two symmetrical longitudinal weld seams, or the two-body structure is welded together using a single longitudinal weld seam.
Features: This structure boasts excellent manufacturability and facilitates the installation of the valve stem portion, making it particularly suitable for large-diameter fully welded ball valves. (The two-piece design is ideal for small-diameter fully welded ball valves, while the three-piece design is more appropriate for large-diameter fully welded ball valves.)
