Micro-damping slow-closing check valve

This product offers two types of sealing arrangements: a vertically or inclined valve seat with a butterfly disc featuring double offset, and a fully metallic seal paired with a wear-resistant rubber seal. The flow-through components are designed to guide the fluid flow and incorporate a hydraulic cushioning device for smooth, staged valve closure—allowing the valve to close in two distinct phases: rapid initial closure followed by gradual, controlled deceleration. This new energy-saving anti-water-hammer product demonstrates significant energy savings during operation. Whether the pump is running normally or shuts down abruptly due to a sudden power failure, this product effectively prevents backflow of water and thereby safeguards against destructive water hammer events. The product is widely applicable to pipeline systems in industries such as petrochemicals, power generation, metallurgy, and urban water supply and drainage.
