Structural Features and Applications
Low pressure loss When fully open, there is zero water loss, the flow path is completely unobstructed, and the medium will not accumulate in the cavity inside the valve body.
Particle abrasion resistance: The V-shaped opening of the spherical disc exerts a shearing action against the metal valve seat. During the closing process, the spherical disc only comes into contact with the valve seat at the very last moment, avoiding any friction. Moreover, the valve seat is made of a wear-resistant nickel alloy that is not easily eroded or worn away, making this design particularly suitable for applications involving fibers, tiny solid particles, slurries, and the like.
Suitable for high-flow-rate media Straight-through flow path and a robust eccentric crankshaft make it suitable for high flow rates and vibration-free operation.
Long lifespan There are no wear-prone components; due to the eccentric action, there is no friction between sealing surfaces during valve opening and closing, resulting in a long service life.
Easy to repair: During valve maintenance, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline—simply open the valve cover to perform the repair.
Widely applicable to: Water, sewage, water containing fine solid particles, water, steam, coal gas, natural gas, oil products, and more.
